Besides communication techniques, I use different methods during a session such as Voice Dialogue, visualisations and relaxation exercises. Voice Dialogue is based on the idea that we use different facets or parts of our personality every day. Sometimes those different parts of you can be in conflict without you noticing consciously. For example, you want to spend more time with your family and friends, but you don’t seem to be able to, because you’re working long hours and cannot seem to switch off when coming home. By having a dialogue with those different voices, you will gain information that will enable you to make more conscious decisions in life rather than acting out of habit and beliefs that might limit your personal growth.
I use visualisation techniques, relaxation exercises and simple constellations (B. Hellinger) to identify unconscious patterns. I engage the body in the sessions. The body contains valuable information about your well-being and as a former dancer I am aware of the importance of bodily signals. By listening to them, you will know better how to balance your energy level.
The first meeting will be an intake in which we clarify your problem or question and set goals for the coming sessions. A coaching session takes one hour and can be in English or Dutch. Sessions preferrably take place in person but there is also a possibility to receive coaching through phone or Skype.
